View all 102 original watercolours that artist, Patricia Negus, created for our Wildflowers of Southwest Australia at the rustic mudbrick and timber Chapel of the Flowers. In addition to Patricia watercolours, the Chapel also has superb leadlight windows created by Dawn Klok, and a mosaic by Jenny Hunt in the vestibule. The Chapel is part of Swallow’s Welcome Winery, and is available for weddings and other ceremonies.

How to get there

Before coming out please ring the Swallow’s Welcome Winery on (08) 9757 6348 or 0447 321 199 to arrange a suitable time for your visit.

Drive south from Margaret River along Bussell Highway for six kilometres, where you turn east into Wickham Road. Just short of two kilometres along Wickham Road the bitumen ends at a four-way intersection. At this intersection, turn left to proceed northeast along Wallis Road, which is a gravel road. About 600 m along Wallis Road on your left is the entrance to Swallow’s Welcome Winery.

Experience Margaret River’s smallest boutique winery – only 10 minutes from Margaret River. Traditional mudbrick and timber buildings nestling in the vines and a gorgeous cottage garden. Individual tours by appointment when it’s convenient to you. A friendly welcome is our trademark.

Relax in the mudbrick cellar and taste the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Merlot wines.

Well-known watercolour artist Patricia Negus is usually hard at work in her studio, where she has our books and cards for sale. Pat specialises in paintings of local birds, wildflowers, fishes and shells also her popular chooks and ducks!

Picnic Area

A wood barbecue is available for a BYO picnic in the shade of Redgum trees.
